International Technical Official

Sharyl Ann Milligan from Cobourg Ontario has been assessed and achieved International Technical Official status by World Bowls.

Sharyl Ann has been an official for many years and was most recently the Chair of Bowls Canada Boulingrin's Officiating Committee and BCB's representative to Commonwealth Games Canada. She has volunteer many hours to BCB including being the Head Umpire at the 2007 National Championships in Montreal.
