Bowls Coach Wanted for 2016 World Junior Championships

Ottawa, Ontario | February 4, 2016

Bowls Canada Boulingrin is looking for a coach with experience in developing junior elite athletes to support the Canadian athletes attending the 2016 World Junior Championships. The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, motivation, and initiative and will thrive in a collaborative environment. The coach will embrace the challenge of working with athletes within a national high performance program. This is an ideal opportunity for a coach to enter the national coaching pathway for the youth, development or senior national programs and play an active part in implementing the Bowls Canada Athlete Development Pathway.

Availability to attend the 2016 World Junior Championships and pre-event training (April 4-16, 2016) in Australia is essential. This is a volunteer position. Approved expenses related to the attendance of the World Junior Championships will be provided.
