Participants can book a room by clicking here. A block of 10 rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms must be booked directly with the hotel prior to July 10, 2026 in order to obtain the group rate of $184+taxes/night.

Meal Plan

The 2026 Canadian Para-Bowls Meal option will cost $100 per person (covers 1 meal per day for 5 days). It is not required to purchase the meal plan; participants are permitted to bring their own food/drinks (non-alcoholic) to the venue. Water will be made available, reusable water bottles are encouraged. Additional snacks/drinks will be available for purchase throughout the day.
