2018 Senior Triples Are Set to Begin

Calgary, Alberta | September 7th, 2018

The 2018 Canadian Senior Triples Championships are set to begin at the Calgary Lawn Bowling Club in Calgary, Alberta.

The Canadian Senior Triples Championships will feature 60 of the best Canadian lawn bowlers who have reached their 61st birthday during 2018 or earlier. Ten teams of three men and three women will compete over five days for the national men’s and women’s titles. Competitors have won the right to represent their respective provinces having qualified through a provincial play-down process.

Competitors from across seven provinces will be in for a treat at the Calgary Lawn Bowling Club, with a new facility and state-of-the-art greens being utilized. Play will begin at 10am on Tuesday, September 11th and continue through to the medal rounds at 10am on Saturday, September 15th.
