Beaconsfield Lawn Bowling Club Set to Host the 2019 Canadian Senior Triples Championships
Ottawa, ON | September 10th, 2019
The 2019 Canadian Senior Triples Championships are set to begin at the Beaconsfield Lawn Bowling Club in Beaconsfield, Quebec. The event, taking place from September 13-17, will showcase ten teams of three men and ten teams of three women aged 62 and over.
Competitors from eight different provinces will be looking to put their best bowl forward when they arrive at the Beaconsfield Lawn Bowling Club. Beaconsfield Lawn Bowling Club last hosted a Canadian Championship in 2012 when the Canadian Lawn Bowling Championships were held throughout Montreal.
Defending champions Janette Mackie, Cathy Dallas, and Christine Adams from Alberta will be looking to defend their title in the women’s discipline, while the men’s field will be full of fierce competition to determine a new champion. Play begins at 9am on Saturday, September 14.
