Bowls Canada Boulingrin Welcomes Bridget Masterson as Events, Marketing, and Communications Coordinator Intern

Bowls Canada Boulingrin (BCB) is delighted to welcome Bridget Masterson as its new Events, Marketing, and Communications Coordinator Intern.

A long-time member of the Bowls community, Bridget brings a strong passion for the sport and a deep understanding of the community and competition, having competed at both the provincial and national levels. This experience, combined with her enthusiasm for growing the sport, makes her a valuable addition to the BCB team. In her new role, Bridget will support the organization’s events, marketing, and communications initiatives from January through April 2026.

Her responsibilities will include assisting with the planning and delivery of national events, developing marketing materials, supporting digital communications, coordinating logistics, and managing social media activities. Bridget will work closely with the BCB team and collaborate with Bowls clubs across the country to support local communities and contribute to the continued growth of the sport nationwide.

Bridget is currently in her third and final year of the Sport Management Advanced Diploma Program at Durham College. She brings experience in event planning, social media management, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Through this internship, she will continue to build her professional expertise in event coordination, marketing strategy, and communications planning while supporting the vision and mission of Bowls Canada Boulingrin.

Bridget has officially begun her role with BCB and looks forward to connecting with the Bowls community to help advance and promote a sport designed for everyone.
