Bowls Canada Seeks Regional Coach (Ontario)
Bowls Canada Boulingrin (BCB) is seeking to fill the Regional Coach (Ontario) position as part of its Regional Coaching Network. This role is part of the original national expansion of the program, which includes Regional Coaches in Western Canada (British Columbia and Alberta) and Eastern Canada (Nova Scotia). The position is a service provider role.
The Regional Coaching Network is intended to connect the national High Performance Program with regional player development initiatives and will play a key role in supporting athlete development across the country. The Regional Coach (Ontario) will work with developing bowlers, provide guidance on high performance pathways, and help align regional programming with national standards as the regional athlete development program continues to be established.
Regional Coaches will be expected to be NCCP Performance Coach certified or working toward certification and will collaborate regularly with national team coaches and other regional coaches to support a consistent approach to athlete development.
