Bowls Canada Boulingrin Launches Registration for the 10th Anniversary of National Bowls Day!
Bowls Canada Boulingrin (BCB) is excited to announce the theme and open the registration form for the 10th anniversary of National Bowls Day, taking place across the country on Saturday, June 6th, 2026. National Bowls Day has grown into an incredible opportunity for clubs to showcase the sport and welcome new participants and has become a highlight for bowls clubs across Canada.
This year’s theme, “Bowl Like a Pro!”, invites Canadians of all ages and skill levels to step onto the green and experience the excitement of bowls. “Bowl Like a Pro!”, connects local bowlers from coast to coast with the competitive spirit of athletes who represent the sport on the national and international stage. From newcomers trying bowls for the very first time, to long-standing club members, to competitive bowlers and everything in between, everyone can take part and experience what it feels like to “Bowl Like a Pro!”.

Clubs across Canada are encouraged to take part in the 10th anniversary of National Bowls Day by hosting an event and introduce the sport to their communities. National Bowls Day events include open houses, jitneys, club tournaments, or other fun and welcoming activities designed to give participants a chance to try bowls and connect with local players.
When your club signs up, BCB will send a virtual marketing toolkit so you can promote your event and a “swag bag” prior to June 6th! Swag bags will be available while supplies last, so make sure to sign up by May 1st, 2026, to guarantee your club receives one! BCB has put a lot of thought in determining what will be included in this year’s swag bag - every club will receive towels, luggage tags, water bottles, and stickers to help promote and support their National Bowls Day event, making it easier to celebrate the sport within their communities.
BCB invites clubs and participants across the country to join the celebration and help mark 10 years of National Bowls Day by bringing people together on the greens. Whether you’re picking up a bowl for the first time or have years of experience, Saturday, June 6th , is the perfect opportunity to gather with friends, meet new players, and Bowl Like a Pro!
