Happy National Bowls Day!

Today, Saturday June 7th, 2025, is National Bowls Day!

Celebrated on the first Saturday of June, this day marks the 9th annual festivities for the sport of lawn bowling in Canada! We use this day to share our love and passion for the sport with others! Additionally, Bowls Day is an opportunity for Canadian clubs to raise their profile within the community and attract new participants to the sport and their programs.

This year, BCB themed the national event “Bowls… Your Way“, highlighting all the ways we can participate in and enjoy lawn bowling. From newcomers trying the sport for the first time, to longstanding club members, to competitive bowlers and everything in between – people can bowl their way!

Thank you so much to our lawn bowling community for continuing to share and promote passionately the sport of lawn bowling!
