Bowls Canada is Searching For a National Assistant Coach

Bowls Canada Boulingrin is searching for a new National Assistant Coach. The National Assistance Coach will work directly with the High Performance Manager and National Team Coach.
The National Assistant Coach is expected to provide coaching support to the National Team as directed by the High Performance Manager and National Team Coach. Responsibilities include delivering, monitoring and evaluating the Bowls Canada High Performance Program. The Assistant National Coach understands the important role that quality programs such as NCCP, long-term athlete development, and various other Bowls Canada programs play in developing bowlers, and the High Performance Program in general. The National Assistant Coach provides an opportunity for lawn bowls coaches to gain experience and knowledge. National Assistant Coach will assist three national team coaches to promote a consistent development of athletes across the country.
