Brampton Lawn Bowling Club to Host 2026 Canadian Para Bowls Championships
Bowls Canada Boulingrin (BCB) is pleased to announce that the Brampton Lawn Bowling Club (Brampton, Ontario) will serve as the venue for the 2026 Canadian Para Bowls Championships.
This announcement represents an important step in confirming host locations for the 2026 Canadian Championships. Bowls Canada will deliver the Para Championships directly at the Brampton facility, with the club making its greens available to support the event.
While this confirmation comes later than anticipated, it reflects the work required to secure an appropriate venue in the absence of a host bid. Bowls Canada undertook an active search to identify a suitable location and worked closely with the Brampton Lawn Bowling Club and municipal partners to finalize arrangements.
The Brampton Lawn Bowling Club has previously served as the venue for the 2024 Canadian Para Bowls Championships, demonstrating both the quality of its greens and its suitability for high-performance para competition. Its availability for 2026 provides confidence in delivering a strong and consistent championship experience.

With the 2026 championship structure and calendar now established in collaboration with provincial partners earlier this year, timelines for host selection and announcements will be significantly advanced for 2027.
