2022 Youth Canadian Lawn Bowling Team Named

Bowls Canada has announced their 15-player National Youth Squad for 2022-2023! These players earned their spot on this Squad through their top four performance at the 2022 Canadian Youth Championship which was hosted by Port Credit Lawn Bowling Club Ontario in early August.
The 2022 National Youth Squad team is made up of the top four finishers in the U18 and U25 categories who are not already members of another National Squad. The National Youth Squad is an important part of long-term athlete development pathways. Most Provincial Sport Associations are positively impacted when they are able to place athletes on a national youth squad through their provincial government funding formulas. This makes this Squad an important link between provincial and national development.
Athletes who accept their one-year term on this squad will have the opportunity to work with BCB Regional Coaches to continue to develop their skills.
