BCB Announces Para Bowls Working Group
Ottawa (ON) | 5 September 2018
Bowls Canada is thrilled to announce the creation of a Para Bowls Working Group. Working collaboratively with the Blind Bowls Association of Canada, the mission of this group is to identify how to best include bowlers with disabilities under the umbrella of BCB. The working group will consist of 5-7 individuals with a variety of expertise in sport administration, para sport and para bowls.
BCB is currently seeking applications to this working group. If you are passionate about inclusion and have experience with creating opportunities in para-bowls or any other para-sport, we hope you will consider joining our working group. Familiarity with communication technology is essential as this working group will connect virtually through conference calls, webinars, email and video conferencing.
