Bowls Canada Boulingrin is excited to run a high performance camp specifically designed for these Junior and Under 25 athletes after the Junior medal rounds on Thursday August 4th. The camp will be co-run by BCB Performance Director Macky Singh and Asia Pacific Championships pairs gold medalist Steven Santana. The camp will focus on teaching the strategies and skills required to achieve high performance success. The participants will have the opportunity to immediately apply their learnings in a modified mixed-triples competition at the end of the day.
On Friday August 5th, the Forster Lang Pairs tournament will take place. This is another great opportunity for these top level young athletes to play in a team envionment and apply the performance tactics introduced in the training camp. Bowls Canada would like to thank long-time supporters Irene Forster and Henry Lang for their commitment and contribution to Junior Bowls in Canada.
